100% of proceeds from sales of this song will be going to the people and organizations who are working to protect Seneca Lake and the surrounding Finger Lakes Region from the Texas Based Oil Company Crestwood/Midstream and their dangerous expansion project for storing Gas under and along the beautiful banks of Seneca Lake. The fragile abandoned salt caverns there are currently being developed to be the main storage facility for gasses from Fracking in the entire North East of the United States.

The risks from industrial accidents and toxic air, ground, and water pollution to Seneca Lake and the surrounding habitats and communities are great and have already begun. Over 100,000 people get their fresh water from Seneca. Since Last fall hundreds of people have been arrested after putting their hearts and bodies on the line by blockading the gates of this project facility.

Civil disobedience has not come easily. Organizations like Gas Free Seneca and others have exhausted every legal and political course of action. My parents and I and the dozens of others that that have put our bodies on the line these past months are making this sacrifice to, essentially, protect our rights to a quality of life, to health....to not be poisoned! I believe art and music are powerful portals of positive transformation but from time to time true justice...earth justice...calls for civil disobedience.

Please help us change the tide. This is a local problem that is connected to the global issue!
